I'm looking for ways to generate Site24x7 alerts via API calls, is that possible with the current feature set? I don't see anything within the API documentation but wanted to be sure I wasn't missing something.

I'm afraid it is not possible to create Alarm/alert via API.
However, you may create outage via API, using the below APIs
